This blouse duo was inspired by the fabric chosen and the idea of playing with the grain line for structure and visual intrique. The waist flouces were created by pleating the black and white striped polyester into 1/4” pleats, incasing the white stripe in the pleat and creating a dark piece which extends into the alternating stripes as it flounces out.
